AmTrust Financial Services 7.25% Non Cumulative Preferred Stock – Now Trading

Insurance company AmTrust Financial Services has sold a new issue of 7.25% preferred stock.  Of course being a financial company the issue is non cumulative.  We do not have interest in this issue at this time as we are not looking for more ‘perpetual’ preferreds.

The issue has begun trading today on the OTC market under the temporary ticker of AMTFP.
