Cowen Group Offers Senior Notes

Cowen Group, the diversified financial services firm, has sold a 8.25% Senior Note offering.
We have an interest in this issue as it has a short duration–2021, a very nice coupon, and a ‘make whole’ payment for early redemption.

We have NOT reviewed the financials yet of Cowen, but will do so today and determine if we are going to purchase this issue.
