Co.'s business is organized into the following segments: Construction Materials & Cement, which consists of quarries, concrete, asphalt, transport, landfill, property, cement and concrete placing; Building Products, which consists of West Coast bricks, roofing and masonry, and timber products; USG Boral, which is a 50/50 joint venture between USG Corporation and Co. that focuses on the manufacture and sale of plasterboard and associated products; and Boral North America, consisting of fly ash, roofing, light building products, windows and 50% share of the Meridian Brick joint venture.
