Co. operates primarily through the following reportable segments: Seaborne Thermal Mining, which consists of mines in New South Wales, Australia; Seaborne Metallurgical Mining, which consists of mines in Queensland, Australia, New South Wales, Australia and Alabama; Powder River Basin Mining, which consists of its mines in Wyoming; and Other U.S. Thermal Mining, which reflects the aggregation of its Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico and Colorado mining operations.
