Integra Resources is a development stage company engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource interests. Co. is in the process of exploring its properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain economically recoverable reserves. The continued operations of Co. and the amounts recoverable on these properties are dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain the financing to complete the necessary exploration and development of such property and upon attaining future profitable production or proceeds from disposition of the properties.
