Co.'s strategic focus in on building a membership base in which credit cards and personal loans are the core businesses. Co.'s operations includes credit card business, credit card related business, personal loan business, utilities payment services, and also acts as a payment service provider under supervision. Co.'s operations are organized along three segments: KTC personal unit (credit cards & personal loans); Corporate unit (credit card issuing for business owners); and Services unit (FLEXI installment plan on KTC credit cards).
