Lizhan Environmental is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is primarily engaged in manufacturing, distributing and marketing synthetic leather and other fabrics from recycled leather waste, among other materials. Co.'s products are used in various consumer applications, as Co. sells its products to furniture, automotive upholstery and garment manufacturers, as well as fabric distributors. Co.'s primary raw materials are leather waste, ultrasuede grey cloth, backing fabric, polyurethane (commonly referred to as PU) and resin. Co. sells domestically in China and exports to the U.S. and other countries, including Nicaragua, Germany, Belgium, France and South Korea.
