Metamaterial is engaged in the development of properties for production of uranium and other minerals in Sweden. Co. has not earned any revenues from uranium or other mineral exploration and is considered to be in the development stage. The recoverability of exploration and development expenditures is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the preservation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability to obtain necessary financing, obtain government approval and attain profitable production, or alternatively, upon Co.'s ability to dispose of its interest on an advantageous basis.
