The recovery of amounts capitalized as resource properties on the balance sheet is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to arrange appropriate financing to complete the development of the properties, and upon future profitable production or alternatively, upon Co.'s ability to dispose of its interests on an advantageous basis, all of which are uncertain.
