Seafield Resources is an exploration company that is focused on development of the Miraflores project and gold exploration in Colombia. Co. has not earned significant revenues from its mining properties, and is considered to be in the development stage. The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral property interests is dependant upon completion of the acquisition of the mineral property interests, the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development and future profitable production or, alternatively, upon disposition of such property at a profit.
