Co.'s fleet consists of tractors and trailers, including tractors provided by independent contractors. Co. organizes its service offerings into two reportable segments, Truckload and Brokerage. The Truckload segment provides asset-based truckload services, including the Over-The-Road and dedicated contract services. Co.'s Brokerage segment is engaged in non-asset-based freight brokerage services.
