Thanks to our ‘Proofreaders’

We need to write a quick note of thanks to our proofreaders—the loyal readers that have been visiting for years and always seem to find our errors. Reader Steve noted that we didn’t have Vanguard Natural Resources preferred shares populated on all of our spreadsheets–we are getting them on there tonight.

Very long time reader Howard P. clued us into an interesting Canadian REIT–WPT REIT that was not on our spreadsheet. A Canadian company that owns all U.S. properties.  The yield is around 6 1/2% and it looks like one we might want to buy as well.  Like most Canadian income issues it pays monthly.  We have added it to the Canadian Income Issues page.

I don’t think the time will come when there are no errors–way too much data to have it all correct.  Thanks for your help!
