While the discussions regarding health effects of those products continue, the income cash flow generated by its dividend is certainly good for the health of any financial portfolio. The graph shows dividend data since 1993, but the rising dividend streak goes back to 1963.

7. Suncor Energy Inc. (NYSE: SU)

While the current dividend payout is 14 percent lower than the all-time high from September 2014, it is still more than 17 times higher than the 1993 dividend payout. Combined with four 2-for-1 stock splits, this stock has been a good income source. Trading at $27.78 at its close on September 30, 2016, the stock price has been fluctuating between $35 and $25 over the last 52 weeks.
