Wells Fargo Issues New Preferred Stock

Wells Fargo has sold a 6% non cumulative preferred stock.
The shares will begin to trade on the OTC market beginning on Wednesday, July 16th.
Because it is perpetual and non cumulative at a low interest rate we have no interest at this time in this issue.
